Ever wonder what goes on inside a junior high school boy’s head when he’s supposed to be obeying his teachers, toeing the social line, and reading assigned books? Now’s your chance.
Young teen Reader has better things to think about than school, rules, parents, and assignments. His newly manufactured robotic rodent friend feels obligated to keep his easily distracted creator on track. Despite all the “help,” Reader finds a way to make school interesting while managing to get next to nothing done.
(Friends of the author/illustrator may notice that the main character looks suspiciously like a a self-portrait at age 14.)
I’ll release 5 strips this week and 1 each week afterward. So, keep checking back to follow Reader & Guinness’s adventures!
